Peopleware: Productive Projects and Teams

I just finished reading Peopleware: Productive Projects and Teams by Tom DeMarco and Timothy Lister. As a knowledge worker I can relate to all the issues raised in this book. There are so many times while reading it that I thought they were describing either my current company or some past company. I am guilty of even some of the things I've read but now I know a little more and can change my actions. I'd love to find a company that has built a healthy community within it's organization.
