This is a really good bottle of wine but on the expensive side. I enjoyed it.

From the bottle, the grape varieties used:

Chimay Red

I'm testing out Chimay Red tonight. I have the other two, Blue and Triple, for the next couple of nights. These are really strong beers and have a really strong flavor. I'm not sure if I want such a strong brew, it over powers a meal.

Red Wine

wine bottle

One of my favorite wines still to date is a 1996 Robert Mondavi Cabernet Sauvignon. I remember when this wine was available at Costco by the case. I bought many bottles of it and enjoyed them all. It was only a few years later that I began seeing this same vintage really increasing in cost. I remember going into a local Beverages and More store and seeing a single bottle for over $100. I was buying those at Costco for around $20 a bottle and now they were over $100.
